The Park Avenue Condominiums are right on Park City's free shuttle route. In less then one minute, the shuttle delivers you to the Park City Mountain Resort , Main Street in the village of Park City, and another minute or two to The Canyons and Deer Valley Resorts. The Park Ave condominiums are across the street from stores, cinemas and eateries. It borders the Park City Municipal Golf Course which is part of the White Pine Touring ski track during the winter months for those that want to ski to the resort or back. This newly decorated unit sleeps 4, The complex has a year round, outdoor, heated pool; two indoor hot tubs; a sauna; and a tennis court during the summer months. A cozy get away! Week . On Historic Main Street at the Town Lift. Sleeps six,
to a maximum of eight people. It is a two-bedroom/two-bath
villa that contains a master suite with a king bed and whirlpool; a
guest room with a king bed and queen sleeper sofa; a living area with
a queen sleeper sofa and fireplace as well as a fully equipped
kitchen. Located at 780 Main St. in downtown Park City,
adjacent to the Town Lift, as well as all of Main St.'s restaurants
and shopping. The complex is also home to the aquacade, which
contains indoor/outdoor pool as well as numerous generous sized hot
tubs. There is also a main clubhouse which contains check-in,
concierge, a general store, stone fireplace and billiards.
All rooms have been remodeled over the past 12 months, this is one of
Marriott's signature ski properties. The regular nightly rate
during this week is $600, but book it now for the the entire week for
as little as $3,000.
