The Grand Summit Resort Hotel and Conference Center is Park City’s newest slope side, luxury Hotel. The Grand Summit opened in February 2000, and features fully furnished hotel, studio, one, two, and three bedroom condominium units, suites and penthouses. This property is a full service, 24-hour operation featuring concierge, shuttle services, health club, outdoor pool, spa, steam room, sauna, weight machines, business services, day care, bell/valet service, public laundry facilities, and underground parking. Restaurants include The Cabin, The Cabin Club, and Doc’s an apres-ski bar. The Grand Summit is a proposed four star, four diamond property.
Because there are many different floor plans and types of each unit, building locations, square footage, views, and bedding configurations may vary, and are not guaranteed.
HOTEL ROOMS: Hotel rooms feature one king or two queen size beds and one bathroom. Accommodates up to 2 or 4 people. Approximately 350 square feet.
KING DELUXE: Our deluxe hotel room features one king size bed, full bathroom, gas fireplace and an oversized jetted tub. Perfect for a honeymoon or romantic getaway. Accommodates up to 2 people, and is approximately 300 square feet.
STUDIO QUEEN:This studio unit contains a kitchen-dinette, living room with one queen size bed, and one full bathroom. Accommodates up to 2 people, and is approximately 415 square feet. $
STUDIO KING: This studio unit contains a kitchen-dinette, living room with one king bed, a full sized futon couch, and one full bathroom. The unit can accommodate 2 to 4 people and is approximately 500 square feet.
STUDIO DELUXE: This studio features a small kitchen, living room area with a queen size bed and queen sofa sleeper and one full bathroom. This unit can accommodate 2 to 4 people, and is approximately 550 square feet.
ONE BEDROOM CONDO: Our one bedroom suite has a full size kitchen/dining/living room area with a queen sofa sleeper and a gas fireplace and adjoins to a master bedroom with a King size bed and full bathroom. This unit accommodates up to 4 people and is approximately 750 square feet.
ONE BEDROOM PARLOR DELUXE: This unit is similar to our one bedroom suite, but features an oversized jetted tub, two fireplaces, and two full size bathrooms. This unit accommodates up to 4 people and is approximately 950 square feet.
ONE BEDROOM STUDIO (KING): This unit is the same as the “Studio Queen” and adjoins to a King Hotel Room.
ONE BEDROOM STUDIO (QUEEN): This unit is the same as the “Studio Queen” and adjoins to a Queen Hotel Room.
TWO BEDROOM SUITE: This two-bedroom suite has two full bathrooms and a full size kitchen/dining/living room area with a queen sofa sleeper, and gas fireplace. Some units have a king in each bedroom and other units have a king in one bedroom and two queens in the second bedroom. These units can accommodate 6 to 8 people and are approximately 1250 square feet.
TWO BEDROOM PARLOR DELUXE: Similar to the two bedroom suite, this unit has a king bed in the master bedroom with an oversized jetted tub and gas fireplace. The second bedroom has two queen beds. There are three full bathrooms. These units accommodate up to 8 people and are approximately 1350 square feet.
THREE BEDROOM SUITE: The three bedroom suites vary in size and configuration, but easily accommodate parties of ten. There are three full bathrooms and an upstairs living/play area in a loft. Square footage is approximately 1350 square feet.
PENTHOUSES: There are three different sizes of penthouse units ranging from 2400 to 3600 square feet. Each has either three or four bedrooms and three to five bathrooms, and multiple living room areas. These units have spectacular views of the Canyons and Park City.
There are different floor plans for each type of unit; therefore individual furnishings and square footage may vary. Bedding configurations, views and locations may be requested, but are not guaranteed.
SUNDIAL LODGE ROOM DESCRIPTIONS
The Sundial Lodge opened in time for Christmas 1999, just in time for the millennium. It features fully furnished hotel rooms, studios, 1 and 2 bedrooms condominiums and penthouses. This property includes a dramatic lobby with central check-in, equipment lockers, library, and an oversized rooftop hot tub with a cool water splash pool and underground parking.
Because there are many different floor plans and types of each unit, unit location, square footage, views, and bedding configurations may vary and are not guaranteed. These units are individually owned and décor and furnishings may vary as well.
HOTEL ROOMS: Our hotel rooms feature one king or one queen bed with a sofa sleeper. These units have a full bathroom with a jetted tub and access to a shared washer and dryer. They accommodate 2 people, and are approximately 350 square feet.
STUDIOS: Our studio units feature a kitchenette, living and dinning room area with a gas fireplace and a queen size bed. Some units also have a queen sofa sleeper. The full bath includes a jetted tub. The studios have a private washer and dryer. This unit accommodates 2-4 people, and is approximately 440 square feet.
ONE BEDROOM CONDO: Our one bedroom condo has a full kitchen, dinning and living room area with a gas fireplace, and a queen sofa sleeper, which adjoins to a master bedroom with one king or one queen size bed and full bathroom with a jetted tub. Our one-bedroom units have access to a washer and dryer that may be shared with another guest depending on lockout situations. This unit accommodates 2 to 4 people, and is approximately 500-720 square feet.
ONE BEDROOM PENTHOUSE: Penthouses vary in size and configuration, but each unit contains a full kitchen, dining, and living room area with a sofa sleeper. The bedroom has a king size bed, and a full bathroom.This unit may also share a washer and dryer, and accommodates 2-4 people.
TWO BEDROOMS: This two-bedroom suite has a full size kitchen, dining, living room with a gas fireplace, and queen sofa sleeper. These units have a king bed in the master bedroom and a queen in the second bedroom. There are two full bathrooms with at least one jetted tub. Our two bedrooms have a private washer and dryer and can accommodate 4-8 people, and are approximately 950 - 1400 square feet.
TWO BEDROOM PENTHOUSES: There are different sizes and configurations of penthouses, but each contains a full kitchen, dining, and living room areas, with a sofa sleeper. Each bedroom has a king size bed. There are 2 full bathrooms, with at least one jetted tub. Our two bedroom penthouses have private a washer and dryer. These units can accommodate 4-8 people.
TWO BEDROOM PENTHOUSES + LOFT:Each two-bedroom penthouse loft has a full size kitchen, dining, living room area with a sofa sleeper and two full bathrooms. The bedrooms have one king bed in one bedroom and one queen bed in the second bedroom. The loft contains a living/play area with a sofa sleeper, and a third full bathroom (no jetted tub). This unit accommodates 4-8 people.

Red Pine: The Red Pine Condominiums are located walking distance to new (2000/01 season) people mover parking lot lift to resort slopes and ski lifts, 3.5 miles to the Park City ski lifts.
