miles of the base of both of the Cottonwood Canyons, the ski
areas' access roads. They are central and convenient to 7
major ski resorts. These valley units are approx. 15 minutes
from the 4 above resorts, and still just 25-30 minutes from
the three Park City ski areas. They are priced much less
than the cost of lodging at the resorts, and best location

All charges and payments are to pay for the ability to
reserve a unit, and are not refundable even if the unit is
not used. If reservations are canceled 60 days or more
before arrival, a full refund less a $75.00 charge will be
given. Canceling 30 to 59 days before scheduled arrival will
result in a two night charge. Cancellation less than 30 days
prior will not be eligible for a refund. No refunds for
units deemed unsatisfactory by renter. Renter is responsible
to know unit, amenities, and bedding before
booking.
